Henry and I at the beginning of
The Journey.
Entering into New Mexico!
Our first problem. The rubber part of the
bumper came part way off in New Mexico.
Entering into Texas. See the
Star up by the underpass?
That's the welcome sign.
Looking across into Mexico from Texas.
At a rest stop. Henry and I read our Bibles and
share with those who stop.
Entering into Louisiana.
Entering into Mississippi. The Lord had instructed us
to continue on to Georgia after we had found out that
Kris had gone home to God.
Entering into Georgia.
Look at the beautiful Dogwood tree that is
outside of Emily's house. That's our van
parked out front. The flowers have now all
come off the tree.
There is a lot of traffic here in Atlanta.
We are on our way to church.
Outside after Bible study.

On Interstate 40, near Pampa, Texas, the cross for a
distance.
As I knelt down at the table, I felt a sense of
being there. I prayed to the Lord and thanked
Him for His gift of love.
In Pampa, Texas. This cross is the largest cross
in the western United States. Surrounding the
cross is the stations of the cross.
This is the memorial for children who
are murdered through abortion. Henry,
Katherine and I stood and prayed.
One of the stations of the cross.
He did this just for you.
The cemetery where Kris is laid to rest.
The church where Kris' daddy
preached at.
In memory of my dear friend, Kris.
She is laying next to her daddy.
The Journey has taken us down the
road and the path less traveled. We
have been blessed by meeting people
in places that are off the beaten path.
Henry and I are so blessed that the
Lord is taking us on the Journey.
We find the Lord's peace everywhere
we go.
Thank You Lord God.

Here are 2 pictures of the tent trailer
before we started working on it.
Here I am working sewing the window.
We are having to sew each window as
the years have taken their toll. After
sewing, we are washing down each
section. When we are done, we will
redo the waterproofing on the canvas.
We needed to redo the wood on the
top and the middle of the cabinets. I
wanted to brighten up the interior so I
chose this beautiful blue paint.
The table also needed a new top, so I
decided to put some of our wedding
pictures from 31 years ago and some
postcards of Thomas Kincaid pictures.
We then coated them over with
urethane.
