| Accepting Jesus Now that you have begun on your journey with God please begin to take steps to grow in this new relationship. First, pray to God daily and take time to study the Scriptures. Find a believer and talk with them. You may want to find a Bible based church or you may write to us. Continue on your path. Please come back to this site and read the Weekly Way. God loves you and He is happy that you have taken this first step. What awaits you is a life in Christ, filled with God’s Spirit. This journey that your are beginning will never end, for we will be together in the Kingdom of God. God bless. |
| If you are ready to take the first step... God, I come before You uncertain, afraid, not sure of why I’m really here. But I’m tired of this life of mine. I want to learn about Your love for me. It’s hard for me to believe that. But I’m willing to take a chance. I don’t like the me I am. I’m searching deep down inside of me and I feel something. I’m beginning to believe that it is You trying to reach me. Help me to choose to let go and to let You be in me. Teach me about Your love, about Jesus. I need to do something because I’m afraid. I accept Your Son, Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior. I believe that Jesus is the Way, the Truth, and the Life and that only through Him can I come to You. | Coming back to God. Father, I was once a believer but somewhere along the way I fell away from You. Life has gotten so out of control, and I’m afraid. Something has been tugging at me and I am realizing that it is Your Spirit in me, trying to get my attention. So God, I want to know Your love again. Right now, I’m choosing to come back. I want to be reborn. Father, forgive me my sins (tell God your sins). I believe that Jesus is my Savior. Thank You God, for not giving up on me. Thank You for letting me come back to you, to begin again. Thank You for Your forgiveness of my sins. Thank You for washing me clean, and for being reborn in Your Spirit. Amen. Click here |
